The Nova Era Company started their activities in the bakery industry in 2008. Today we serve more than 300 customers, producing a wide variety of frozen breads and pastries distributed by supermarkets, bakeries, convenience stores, and cafeterias.

Our Founder’s  background in products distribution allowed us, since beginning, to have strong partners, such as big supermarket chains, express bakeries, and other sales channels.

In 2009, additional products were added to our portfolio, offering more options to our clients.

Our company is focused on the Industry, working hard to meet the demands and expectations of our clients and partners.

Our Development and New Products Department is constantly looking for innovations and improvements. Our professional team is highly qualified and certified by the leading Brazilian universities.

In order to maintain our excellence and quality, Nova Era maintains strong investments in technology.

The deep freezing process used by our company consists of a heat exchange, where a tunnel extracts all the heat of the mass and then freezes it without ice crystal formation. We are truly a remarkable company--rich in service, innovation, and continued growth.
